The Breitling Aviator AVI Ref, 765 from the Aviator collection is a reinterpretation of an earlier model, the Co-Pilot Ref. 765 AVI, which sat alongside the Navitimer watch with its bold legible design and its functional engraved rotating bezel. The timepiece echoes the same Arabic numerals and chronograph layout as the original Co-Pilot watch and Features a 41mm stainless steel, along with luminous coated hands that replicate the look of the luminescent material used in the original. An improved water resistant case of 30 meters and the absence of the “GENEVE” lettering are the only two main differences between the 41mm Breitling AVI Ref, 765 and its former model. The black dial provides legible functions such as the small seconds, 12-hour and 30-minute Features courtesy of the Breitling B09 movement. This mechanical hand-wound movement offers a 70-hour power reserve and performs at a rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour. The Breitling Aviator 8 41mm AVI Ref. 765 1953, which is limited to just 1953 pieces worldwide, is fitted with a classic black leather band adorned with off-white contrast stitching down the sides and a stainless steel buckle.
